Integration

Sound healing is not just something you receive—it’s something your whole being processes, absorbs, and reorganizes around.

 

The frequencies you experience in a session stay with you for up to 7 days, continuing to interact with your energetic, emotional, and physical systems.

For this reason, I strongly recommend waiting one full week between sessions—whether in-studio with me or when listening to my journeys on YouTube.

Your system needs time to recalibrate, release, and stabilize.

Allowing Space Between Sessions Helps:

  • Prevent energetic overload or burnout

  • Deepen the effects of the session

  • Give your subconscious time to reveal insights

  • Ground and anchor the new frequencies into your daily life

Integration Practices You May Wish to Explore:

  • Gentle movement (walking, yin yoga, stretching)

  • Journaling dreams, feelings, or spontaneous insights

  • Drinking plenty of water to support frequency flow

  • Spending time in nature or silence

  • Taking salt baths or foot soaks

  • Using affirmations or mantras to anchor the session's intention

  • Creative play (painting, singing, dancing—anything expressive)

  • Resting more if your body asks for it

 

Each person integrates differently. Some feel immediate clarity, others feel sleepy or emotional. Trust your process.
