Sound healing is not just something you receive—it’s something your whole being processes, absorbs, and reorganizes around.
The frequencies you experience in a session stay with you for up to 7 days, continuing to interact with your energetic, emotional, and physical systems.
For this reason, I strongly recommend waiting one full week between sessions—whether in-studio with me or when listening to my journeys on YouTube.
